Tickets purchased as part of a bundled pricing package are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, and any such request will be subject to the sole discretion of CPA Australia. Drawing on nearly 20 years in finance and fresh insights from a Generative and Agentic AI short course, CPA Australia member Priya Shah will share practical learnings, real-world experiences and valuable tips to help you navigate the rapidly evolving world of AI.
