Wei Liang is a Tax Partner in PwC Malaysia with more than 20 years of experience in the tax profession. His experience includes advising on group restructuring exercises, mergers and acquisitions, asset rationalising exercises, cross border investments & projects, tax incentives, review of financial models and supporting on tax audits, for clients in various industries including oil & gas, green technology, renewable energy, entertainment, aviation and telecommunications.

Serena is a Tax Director in PwC Malaysia with over 15 years of experience across Singapore and Malaysia. Her experience includes advising local and international clients on tax structuring of inbound and outbound investments / projects, corporate restructuring exercises, REIT and Asset-Backed Securitisation structures, as well as tax compliance, due diligence reviews and tax planning matters.
