Tamer Abomosalam CPA (Aust.)

Managing Partner at Valcore Management Consultancy

Tamer Abomosalam FCMA, CGMA, CPA (Aust.) is Founder and Managing Partner of VALCORE Advisory in Dubai and the creator of Connected Finance, a framework that redefines the finance function as the design and governance of a company's economic engine rather than the reporting of its results. Across 25 years he has led finance in six industries and global finance leadership roles — as Group CFO of emaratech Group in Dubai, and as Global CFO for Services Supply Chain at NCR Corporation. He is the architect of Olympus AI Finance, an AI native end-to-end finance system (Monthend- Consolidation – FP&A – Investment Appraisal– Business Planning – CFO Control Tower) built to operate on top of enterprise ERP systems, and publishes weekly on finance transformation through the CFO Transformation Dispatch newsletter and a forthcoming book on Connected Finance Leadership. His work centers on a single question: what has to be true — in data, controls, and governance — before a finance leader can responsibly trust a machine with judgment.

Robyn is a leader in delivering value from digital, data and AI.  She has over 25 years of experience across enterprise-wide digital and data, AI risk and regulatory compliance, and data and AI strategy in a number of industries.  She is currently leading the data and AI governance for an Australian learning systems vendor.

 

 

 

Ralph Khoury FCPA (Aust.)

Chief Financial Officer at WPP Media - MENA Region

Ralph Khoury is a global CFO having worked in senior finance roles across Australia, France, South-East Asia and most recently the Middle East. He is currently CFO for WPP Media across the Middle East and North Africa.

Ralph has been instrumental in supporting growth, transformation, and delivering profitability for corporations that have experienced "once in a lifetime" financial/economic crises. He has been integral in helping navigate the re-emergence of the corporations that he represented, to become leading players in their markets and industries in post-crisis environments.

Ralph is an FCPA and a member of CPA Australia's Ethics and Professional Standards Centre of Excellence. He has served on the Finance Committee for the American School of Dubai and was the Chair of the UAE Committee for CPA Australia.

Krysta Fox

Krysta Fox is the Founder and CEO of Changeosity, a Dubai-based advisory and executive coaching firm dedicated to maturing the leaders and businesses of the Middle East. A Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Krysta brings more than 30 years of C-suite experience spanning BP, Al Futtaim Group, and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), where as Executive Director she led a five-fold growth transformation and won Global Free Zone of the Year five times.

Through her flagship Maturing Your Business programme, Krysta works with SME founders and leadership teams across five dimensions — Leadership, Strategy, Governance, Organisation & Culture, and Transformation — helping them build the foundations to grow with intention. Her keynote, "Maturing Your Business," draws on this lived experience to show finance and business leaders how to move beyond firefighting and build organisations built for sustainable high performance.
