Anna-Louise Bouvier
Anna-Louise Bouvier is the Founder of Physiocise, an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University, and a well-known media personality with more than 30 years' experience translating complex health science into practical strategies that help people live healthier, more active lives.
Since founding Physiocise in 1995, Anna-Louise has delivered more than 120,000 exercise and education classes, empowering thousands of people to better understand their bodies and stay active—regardless of their aches, pains or "wobbly bits."
A recognised leader in workplace wellbeing, she co-created the multi-award-winning Happy Body at Work digital wellbeing program in partnership with the ABC. The program was adopted by more than 150 universities and public and private sector organisations, including Optus, the Commonwealth Bank and the ASX, before being successfully sold.
For more than 20 years, Anna-Louise has been a regular health commentator on ABC Radio alongside presenters including James Valentine, Richard Glover and Chris Bath. She has also appeared on Sunrise and Today, was a resident expert on the ABC television series Making Australia Happy, and is the author of three bestselling books published by HarperCollins.

Georgiana is a fitness professional with over 12 years of international experience across the UK, Middle East, and Australia. She specialises in personalised coaching, client retention, and fitness programming, helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. Having successfully built and managed large client portfolios, including as a Senior Personal Trainer in Kuwait and an independent trainer in Sydney, she is recognised for her strong relationship-building skills, referral-based business growth, and results-driven approach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management and Business Administration from Coventry University.

Shayne Sommer
Shayne holds a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism/Psychology), Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and has attained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP©) designation. She provides holistic financial advice to private clients primarily across the areas of cash flow, superannuation, investment and personal insurance. Shayne contributes the education of financial professionals via the FPA Certified Financial Planner (CFP©) designation, and contributes to financial planning courses provided by Kaplan Professional. Shayne’s thoughts and commentary have been included in publications such as the Australian Financial Review, Mozo.com, Money & Life magazine and Kaplan Professional. Shayne holds a second dan black belt in karate, and is currently a student of Korean martial art, Hapkido. In 2022 Shayne was recognised as the Financial Adviser of the Year at the Women in Finance Awards, and in 2023 was included in the Financial Standard Power 50 influential advisers in Australia.
