David Hughes
David Hughes is a Partner in McCullough Robertson’s Tax team, an Accredited Tax Law Specialist and a Chartered Tax Adviser with more than 25 years’ experience advising SMEs, family groups, individuals, and listed and unlisted public companies across all aspects of taxation law.
He brings a practical and collaborative approach to complex tax matters, helping clients and their advisers navigate tax disputes, trust structures, business restructures and engagements with the ATO.

Mark Molesworth CA
Partner – Taxation, BDO
Mark is a partner with chartered accounting firm BDO’s tax division. He has more than 25 years’ experience in advising taxpayers with respect to all areas of taxation including CGT, FBT, and income tax.
Some of his areas of specialty include Division 7A, the small business CGT concessions, the debt/equity provisions and the trust loss provisions.
He also provides taxation advice to other smaller accounting and legal practices in respect of their clients.
Mark has Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Queensland and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
