Jonathan leads the enterprise risk management function and oversees risk governance, operational resilience, cybersecurity oversight and emerging risk management. With over 20 years of experience spanning audit, banking, and both life and general insurance, he has held leadership roles across risk, compliance and governance.
He works closely with boards and executive leadership teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational resilience. He is a qualified CPA Australia member, Chartered Banker and Enterprise Risk Manager.

Appointed CEO of Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad in June 2024, she became the first woman to lead a takaful operator in Malaysia, marking a milestone for diversity and inclusion in the industry. Since joining Zurich Malaysia in 2018, she has held leadership roles across finance, strategy, and performance management.
A strong advocate for developing female talent through Zurich’s Female Leaders Advocate Group (FLAG), she is also member of CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has been instrumental in driving growth, innovation, and strengthening Zurich Takaful’s position in the Malaysian market.

Maya Rakshana Mahadevan is a finance professional with over a decade of experience, primarily in the palm oil industry. Currently serving as the Finance Manager at Aumkar Plantations Sdn Bhd, she oversees the financial operations of a group of family-owned companies with diversified interests across Malaysia, Australia, and the UK — including palm oil production, trading of pulses and grains, and property development.
A CPA Australia member since 2013, Maya brings deep expertise in financial reporting, month-end closing, and cash flow management. Her international academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, where she majored in Accounting with minors in Business Law and Finance Law. Maya is known for her hands-on approach, cross-border financial management experience, and commitment to operational excellence.
