Summary

AHRI is proud to be partnering with CPA to bring our members this special event.

Have you ever left a conversation thinking it went well… only to discover the other person experienced it very differently? The reality is that our professional reputation isn't built by our intentions, it's built by the experiences we create for others. In this thought-provoking session, Organisational Development and Leadership Specialist Sherren Hilton explores the psychology behind the Leadership Shadow, the often invisible behaviours that shape trust, influence and professional credibility every day.

Grounded in behavioural science and packed with practical workplace examples, you'll discover why credibility is built in the small moments, how unconscious habits can unintentionally shape your reputation, and the simple 1% Shift that can strengthen your impact from your very next conversation.

Whether you work with clients, colleagues, or leaders, you'll leave with a fresh perspective on the behaviours that matter most, and one practical action you can put into practice immediately.
