This panel reflects a diverse range of voices and experience, offering a well-rounded view of where the profession is heading.

Azi Nilipour CPA
Global Finance Learning & Development Lead at Flight Centre Travel Group
Azi brings over a decade of experience building capability across academia and corporate learning, having worked across organisations in New Zealand and Australia including Farmlands, PwC, and Flight Centre Travel Group. She holds a PhD in Commerce, is a member of CPA Australia, and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Azi currently leads Finance & AI capability at Flight Centre Travel Group, one of the world's largest travel retail businesses, where she designs how a global finance function builds genuine confidence and fluency with AI, alongside the human capabilities, coaching and adaptability that AI can't replace. Her work sits at the front line of how the accounting and finance profession is preparing for the future of work.
Christina King
Chief People Officer at Cornerstone Medical Recruitment
Christina King has spent 25 years in HR and workforce transformation, leading people functions for more than 15 years at businesses including Youfoodz and The Coffee Club. She's currently Chief People Officer at cmr | Cornerstone Medical Recruitment, and also works as a consultant and Non-Executive Director; a mix that gives her a unique view into what business owners and leaders are really grappling with.
Over her career, Christina has built HR functions from scratch, navigated mergers, acquisitions and IPOs, and led culture and change initiatives in regulated, high stakes environments - always focused on data that actually drives decisions, not data for its own sake. As a Non-Executive Director, she's a vocal advocate for getting HR into the boardroom, championing workforce strategy, compliance and culture as business critical topics.

With over 20 years of experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver innovative and secure solutions for complex business challenges. As the Head of ICT at Thiess, the world's largest mining services provider, I oversee the ICT Strategy, global architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, emerging technology, and operations functions, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and vision.
I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams, managing large-scale projects and budgets, and implementing best practices and standards for ICT governance, risk, and compliance. I have also received multiple awards and recognitions from leading organizations such as ACS and CIO for my contributions and achievements in the ICT industry. My areas of expertise include cybersecurity frameworks and standards, security architecture and design, security engineering and operations, threat and vulnerability management, audit response and control testing, security incident response, and vendor management. I am also a certified and accredited professional with various credentials such as CCISO, MAISA, CCNA, Prince 2, ITIL v3, MAICD, AFIML, FACS, IP3P, FACS (Cyber Security), CIO CECP, and MCEC.
