Summary

The Queensland Business Committee warmly invites you for a breakfast event with Krishneel Maharaj, who will lead a thought‑provoking session on 'Mental Health at Work: Beyond the Individual'.

Conversations about mental health at work often focus on the individual—how people cope, manage stress, or build resilience. While these are important, they don’t tell the full story.

This session takes a broader, systems‑level perspective, exploring how workplace environments shape mental health. We will examine key psychosocial factors—such as workload, role clarity, and communication—and how these influence both wellbeing and performance.

Key Outcomes

  • Understand the workplace factors that shape mental health
  • Recognise how mental health shows up in behaviour at work
  • Identify opportunities within teams and work environments to better support wellbeing and performance

Tickets include a delicious breakfast to start your morning.

Spots are limited – register today to secure your place.

6:30am registration for a 7:00am start.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the key workplace factors that influence mental health and overall wellbeing.
