Derek Cronin

Derek Cronin was admitted as a solicitor 30 years ago and is the Founder and Partner of Cronin Litigation Lawyers, a well-known firm on the Gold Coast which specialises in commercial litigation, debt recovery, insolvency and dispute resolution. 

Derek is a previous member of Bond University and is former Chair of the Bond Alumni Advisory Board, as well as Past President of the Qld Aids Council (now known as Qld Council for LGBTI Health).  He is also honorary solicitor at Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club.

His firm is heavily involved in the community and sponsors local organisations including Young Professionals Gold Coast, Women of Influence, Pink Ribbon Race Day and Women in Restructuring and Insolvency.

He and his partner (Stacy Miller) are both recognised by Doyles Guide in Commercial Litigation as is the firm (Cronin Miller Litigation).
