With over 20 years of experience in business valuation and advisory, he has worked extensively on valuations, strategic reviews, business reviews, and transaction-related assignments. He began his career as an accountant in Melbourne before returning to Malaysia’s Islamic banking sector, gaining exposure to both consumer and corporate banking.

He later advised public and private companies, financial institutions, government-linked entities, and investors on valuation and strategic matters. His expertise includes business and equity valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, taxation, restructuring, and strategic reviews across diverse industries.

A graduate of the University of Wollongong, Australia, with a degree in Accounting and Finance, she began her career at EY as an Audit Associate in the Diversified Technology and Communications (DTC) team before moving into the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) practice.

Over more than three years, she advised banking clients on sustainability strategy, reporting, net zero pathways, financed emissions, and climate risk. She is currently a Senior Manager in the Group Sustainability Department at RHB Bank. She completed the CPA Program while at EY and is a proud CPA Australia member.

Cheah Kar Ching is an Audit Partner of Reanda LLKG International PLT. He has 15 years of experience in audit and business advisory works. He qualified as a chartered accountant during his employment with one of the Big 4 professional firms in Malaysia.

He has undertaken audits for companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia and private companies that operate in various industries such as property development, construction, manufacturing, retailing, food and beverages, information technology and services. He also assists clients with due diligence reviews and other business advisory works. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants' Education Board.

Christina leads a boutique technology consultancy based in Malaysia. A Fellow CPA and PMP with over 21 years in enterprise systems, she spent 15 years at IBM before co-founding Clover, where she works across ERP implementation, business process reengineering, solution development, and digital transformation — helping mid-market to large businesses modernise the way they operate. Christina sits on CPA Australia Malaysia's Digital Transformation Committee and loves tinkering with technology to simplify the jargon and make it relevant for business.

Kamini has over a decade of experience in corporate insolvency, restructuring, and advisory services. She spent more than 12 years with Rimbun Group, managing insolvency and restructuring engagements across industries including property development, manufacturing, shipping, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, services, and the public sector. Her expertise includes financial reconstruction, asset tracing, investigations, and stakeholder management.

She later gained Australian insolvency experience with Aston Chase Group. Currently with BDO Advisory, she focuses on restructuring, insolvency administrations, forensic investigations, asset recovery, litigation support, and advisory services.

Karmen Siew is a Chartered Accountant and MIA member with over 15 years of experience, currently Head of Financial Control & Reporting at Ryt Bank, a licensed Malaysian digital bank. She began her career at Deloitte Malaysia, gaining a strong foundation in audit and assurance, before progressing into retail finance leadership at Tesco Malaysia.

She subsequently moved into fintech, first with TNG eWallet and later Ryt Bank, world’s first AI-powered bank, building finance processes and ERP systems from the ground up. She is passionate about driving automation-led improvements that help deliver the bank's tagline, "Banking Done Right."

Inspired by Melbourne’s strong wellness culture, Lily Sim founded Strive, a women-focused fitness and wellness app that delivers personalised fitness plans, expert-led programmes, and a supportive community for women at every life stage. A mother of twins, she is passionate about helping women balance personal and professional commitments while prioritising their well-being.

Previously, Lily spent seven years at PwC in audit and business development, building expertise in finance, strategy, and relationship management. She is also a respected community builder, founding Female Founders Malaysia and Yolopacers Run Club, fostering wellness, connection, and empowerment across Malaysia.

With 19 years of extensive experience, including her current role leading the Order to Cash function at L'Oréal, Ee Von brings a wealth of knowledge in optimizing financial processes, credit management, and accounts receivables across diverse industries.
