With over 20 years of experience in business valuation and advisory, he has worked extensively on valuations, strategic reviews, business reviews, and transaction-related assignments. He began his career as an accountant in Melbourne before returning to Malaysia’s Islamic banking sector, gaining exposure to both consumer and corporate banking.

He later advised public and private companies, financial institutions, government-linked entities, and investors on valuation and strategic matters. His expertise includes business and equity valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, taxation, restructuring, and strategic reviews across diverse industries.

Angelyn Lim, CPA (Aust.)

A graduate of the University of Wollongong, Australia, with a degree in Accounting and Finance, she began her career at EY as an Audit Associate in the Diversified Technology and Communications (DTC) team before moving into the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) practice.

Over more than three years, she advised banking clients on sustainability strategy, reporting, net zero pathways, financed emissions, and climate risk. She is currently a Senior Manager in the Group Sustainability Department at RHB Bank. She completed the CPA Program while at EY and is a proud CPA Australia member.

Cheah Kar Ching is an Audit Partner of Reanda LLKG International PLT. He has 15 years of experience in audit and business advisory works. He qualified as a chartered accountant during his employment with one of the Big 4 professional firms in Malaysia.

He has undertaken audits for companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia and private companies that operate in various industries such as property development, construction, manufacturing, retailing, food and beverages, information technology and services. She began her career at Deloitte Malaysia, gaining a strong foundation in audit and assurance, before progressing into retail finance leadership at Tesco Malaysia.
