Lorraine Caruso BCom (Hons), MBA (UoA), GAICD

Strategy I People I Governance

Lorraine has extensive skill and experience as a large-scale strategic business and operational leader, including the roles of CEO, National Operations, National Sales and Marketing, Corporate HR Manager, Chair of the Board, and currently Program Director Global Executive MBA (Defence and Space) and Program Director MBA Online with the Adelaide University College of Business and Law.

Over her 40-year career to date, Lorraine has partnered with organisations to strengthen their business capability and effectiveness across strategic planning and execution, governance structure and leadership, operational capability, stakeholder alignment and engagement, improved systems and processes, transformation projects, and team professional development.

Melanie Tate

Melanie Tate is the Founder and CEO of Puddle Jumpers, a South Australian charity supporting children and young people experiencing vulnerability, particularly those living in out of home care. 

A passionate social entrepreneur, speaker, and advocate, Melanie has built her career around one simple belief: when we invest in children and young people, we strengthen entire communities. 

Through her work, she continues to challenge perceptions, elevate the voices of vulnerable children and young people, and inspire communities and businesses to play a meaningful role in creating change. 

 

 

Tracy Secombe

After seven years in private practice as a physiotherapist, Tracy realised her passion for empowering people to take an active role in preventing and managing their own injuries. Driven by this vision, she founded Safe Work Practice, during this period, she also completed a Diploma in Journalism.

The passing of Tracy’s beloved mother in 2016 became a pivotal moment in her life, reinforcing the importance of prioritising family, wellbeing, and personal fulfilment. This led her to streamline her professional commitments, consolidating three businesses and launching Soul Pleaser. Through Soul Pleaser, Tracy’s mission is to help people realise they are enough without seeking approval from others, enabling them to live authentically and create the impact they are meant to make. She delivers this message through online programs, coaching, retreats, books, and keynote presentations.
