Join fellow senior members for an evening of connection, conversation and insight while enjoying drinks and canapés in a relaxed setting.

The highlight of the evening will be a fireside chat with Stuart Smith, a globally recognised performance consultant and former performance coach to Formula 1 drivers. Stuart will share valuable perspectives on high performance, resilience and leadership, drawing on his experience working with elite athletes and senior executives around the world.

This event provides a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with peers, exchange ideas and strengthen professional networks within the Queensland FCPA community.

Stuart Smith

Stuart Smith brings more than 20 years of experience working at the highest levels of human performance. His career spans elite global sport, including Formula 1 (The man who shapes Ricciardo), NBA basketball, AFL, rugby and a range of extreme sports.  

Beyond sport, Stuart works extensively with senior leaders across diverse industries, helping them maintain clarity, resilience and sustained performance in complex, high-pressure environments.

Passionate about supporting individuals to perform at their best both professionally and personally, Stuart's approach is grounded in practical, evidence-based performance psychology. Attendees will gain valuable insights and strategies that can be immediately applied within their own leadership roles and teams.

Now based in Brisbane, Stuart combines global expertise with a strong understanding of the local business landscape.

Stuart is also the Director of the Vitalis Institute which is helping people to build the capacity to live, lead and perform well.
