Hudson is a seasoned finance and corporate governance professional with extensive experience spanning audit, taxation, corporate advisory, and board leadership.
Prior to joining HUBLine Berhad in 2022, he was a Partner at Crowe Malaysia, where he led financial statement audits and advised on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, fundraising, and strategic corporate transactions.
An approved tax agent, he also specialised in corporate and personal taxation matters. Hudson has served as Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Pacific Healthcare Holdings Ltd (SGX-listed) and as Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Shin Yang Group Berhad. He is a member of MIA, CAANZ, and CPA Australia.

Octavia Teo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus. She is a first-year member of CPA Australia. Octavia currently serves the accounting function with Hii & Lee Associates Sdn Bhd.
Octavia was a regular student volunteer during her undergraduate years, facilitating student enrolment, Open Day, and assisting at events. She was a member of the organizing team for several events, most notably for the Swinburne Sarawak Inter-school Debate Competition. She has interests in debate and public speaking, and education.
