I've spent the past 10 years with Hays, specialising in temporary and permanent senior finance recruitment. My focus is partnering with organisations in blue-collar industries, including construction, manufacturing, mining, engineering and industrial sectors. I began my recruitment career in the UK before moving to Auckland, where I spent five years with Hays New Zealand, and have now been based in Brisbane for more than two years.

Having recruited across three countries, I've developed a strong understanding of diverse talent markets and the challenges businesses face when attracting and retaining finance professionals.
