David Toma - Facilitator
Senior Director, Queensland Audit Office
David has 18 years of experience in auditing the public sector across a range of industries, including across the health portfolio, and delivering insights on ICT project management and security. David was also program director for the implementation of QAO’s new audit toolset and other major change initiatives. He currently leads our audits across the health portfolio.

Georgina is a technology strategist and leader with over 20 years of expertise in cyber security, emerging technologies, and risk management. She served as a partner at a global assurance firm and continues advising a range of organisations as a Committee Advisor. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Georgina leads the new technology audit function.

Stan Gallo
Partner and National Lead, Forensic Services, BDO Australia
Stan Gallo is a Partner and national lead of BDO Forensic Services in Australia. He has driven the development and growth of Australian Forensic and Technology teams, integrating them with global frameworks to provide both proactive and reactive risk-based services for over 20 years. Stan specialises in the nexus between technology, risk, governance and compliance. His background sees him actively sought out by organisations to assist them in responding to cyber breach incidents, crisis management, building trust frameworks, strengthening controls, and aligning governance structures in a constantly evolving technology environment.

Guillaume Noé
Acting General Manager, Cyber Security Unit, Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business
Guillaume (Gui) Noé is a cybersecurity executive and business leader with more than 28 years of professional experience.
He currently serves as the Acting General Manager for Cyber Security with the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business, where he drives state-wide initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity across government entities. He also provides strategic leadership and expert advice to support Queensland’s cybersecurity strategy and digital transformation.
Prior to his public sector appointment, Guillaume held leadership positions with key technology, cybersecurity and advisory firms including IBM, Deloitte, Telstra, Pirean, Avanade and KordaMentha.
He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA), and holds key credentials including CISM, CIPM and CISSP. Guillaume is also an Industry Advisory Board Member for the Griffith University School of ICT.
