Summary
SME clients increasingly rely on their advisers not only for compliance support, but also for practical guidance when making business decisions. For public practitioners, this creates opportunities to strengthen advisory conversations by understanding how tax incentives and related support measures can be incorporated into client discussions.
This session explores how tax incentives are considered in practice within SME engagements, and how practitioners can identify opportunities to add value beyond traditional compliance work. The discussion will also explore how business transformation, sustainability-related initiatives and financing considerations shape SME client needs, creating opportunities for practitioners to deliver more relevant and commercially focused advice.
Bringing together perspectives from public practice, tax and SME financing, this panel discussion provides practical insights to help practitioners strengthen client conversations and deliver greater value beyond compliance.
This event is brought to you by the CPA Australia Malaysia Division Public Practice Committee.
