Summary
Ethics is more than compliance. It shapes trust, leadership and long-term business success. In an increasingly complex business environment, ethical dilemmas are rarely black and white. While technical expertise remains essential, the ability to exercise sound ethical judgement and act with integrity is equally critical.
Through practical case studies, this session explores both obvious and less apparent ethical dilemmas encountered in professional practice. Participants will examine how personal values, professional responsibilities and organisational pressures can influence decision-making, and gain insights into navigating these situations with confidence and integrity.
Join us to deepen your understanding of ethical leadership, strengthen your ability to respond to challenging situations, and learn how ethical behaviour not only protects individuals and organisations but also contributes to sustainable business outcomes and professional success.
