Deborah Wilson
Head of Strategy and Performance, OnTalent
Deborah Wilson is a Shareholder and Executive at OnTalent, working with senior leaders and emerging board directors on executive development, leadership effectiveness, and board readiness. Known for her practical, outcomes focused style, she helps leaders clarify their value, strengthen governance capability, and step confidently into more complex roles.
At OnTalent, Deborah leads strategy and was instrumental in launching the Careers, Leadership Development and Consulting division—now one of Queensland’s most relied upon providers. She regularly facilitates executive and board forums, guides leadership teams through change, and coaches executives preparing for CEO, C suite, and board appointments.
A former CEO of an ASX listed company, Deborah brings strong commercial judgement and deep expertise in people, culture, and organisational performance. She holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership, formal coaching qualifications, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Her governance experience includes serving as Deputy Chair of TAFE Queensland and as a Non Executive Director with Aviation Australia, ThomsonAdsett Architects, and FOGS. She is widely respected for translating governance theory into practical, high value boardroom contribution.

Natasha Olsson-Seeto

Natasha is the Founder and Chief Executive of OnTalent, where she partners with boards, CEOs, and senior executives on leadership and succession decisions. Through OnTalent, she has led many of Queensland’s most significant board and executive appointments, attracting national and international talent across public, private, and social / NFP organisations.
A highly experienced board director, Natasha brings a practical and contemporary view of governance. She is a National Board Member and President of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA), Deputy Chair of Foodbank Queensland. These roles give her first-hand insight into board dynamics, effective decision-making, and the transition from executive leadership to board contribution.
With more than 29 years in executive search and recruitment, Natasha has deep expertise in CEO, C-suite, senior executive, and board appointments. A co-founder of OnTalent Natasha has for over 16 years worked closely with aspiring board directors and senior executives as they prepare for next-step leadership and governance roles.
She remains personally involved in executive search and board recruitment assignments, offering trusted insight into board readiness, leadership capability, and long-term impact.
