Summary

LEADHER 2026 will bring together the experience of today's leaders, the aspirations of the next generation and the institutions that can help turn leadership potential into national capability.

The conversation will examine what has enabled women to progress, where the pipeline continues to lose talent, and what must change in education, professional development and workplace practices.

The dialogue will also look beyond today's leaders to the future workforce. Younger generations will enter workplaces shaped by AI, digital technologies, flexible working models and changing expectations around purpose, learning and wellbeing.
